1. Essays must be written by Afro-American, Afro-Caribbean, Hispanic or Afro-Latin women  

2. Mixed race writers are welcomed so long as one of the races is one listed above  

3. All work must be at 4- 6 pages, double spaced, 12 size font in New Times Roman or Times Roman

4. All writers are allowed to submit more than one essay

5. All submissions must be emailed to fabyg@ymail.com in Word or Word compatible format by November 2, 2009 

6. Along with essay(s) send a short bio of 5-7 sentences. Also include your name and all relevent contact information  

7. Make sure your work is copywritten
